Discovery Requests
A case review will be require a complete case folder and electronic files. Some crime laboratories will require a court order before profiding their electronic data files.
DNA profiling methods will vary depending on the age of the case and the specific intrumentation and methods used. Therefore, some of the items on the following list will not be relavent to all cases.
